- Charge it. Charge the module fully in its cradle, then slip it into the soft silicone band.
- Fasten it. Around your baby's wrist or ankle, snug but not tight. The velcro adjusts from newborn to toddler.
- Pair once. Open the BabiCare app, pair over Bluetooth and set the safe ranges. The defaults suit most babies.
- Put them down as normal. Live readings show in the app, from another room or another house.
- Sleep. If a reading leaves the safe range the app sounds, vibrates and flashes. The Alert S key-ring does the same, app-free.

A baby cannot hold their temperature the way you do, so they warm and cool with the room. Overheating is one of the few sleep risks you can actually change, and a low reading matters as much as a high one.
